ONE-WOMAN CREATIVE COMPANY

Victoria grew up in Saint Charles, Missouri, where her love for storytelling first took shape through her father’s Sony Handycam and the joy of capturing everyday moments. That early passion led her to the University of Missouri, Columbia, where she earned a BA in Documentary Journalism and Film Production.

Her work has already received notable recognition. The Silicant, which she served as lead editor on, earned Best Indie Feature at the Hollywood Gold Awards, Best Thriller at the Best Film Awards, and was a finalist at the ARFF Berlin International Film Festival. Her first documentary, 1414, was selected for the Saint Louis International Film Festival and the Kansas City International Film Festival and became a semifinalist for the Dumbo Film Festival.

Victoria is happiest when she’s documenting a story, whether on a film or TV set, at a concert, or while capturing genuine moments happening right in front of her. She loves the energy, the unpredictability, and the feeling of being part of something that’s alive. That same passion is what she brings to the work she does with clients. Whether it’s a company’s story, a family milestone, or a special event, she cares about honoring the moment and making people feel seen.

Through her company, Victoria Heinsohn Media, she gets to do what she loves most: document stories.
